So last week we had zone conference it was amazing! We where tolled
that this Friday we give these iPads back and we get new ones that we
get to keep! And we have to pay for them! So I am really happy about
that! We also get to train on them so it's really cool! Ya this Friday
we give back these I pads and we don't get the new ones tell March 4
so we have about a week with out iPads so I am supper excited because
we get to teach the old way! It's going to be fun! So my mission is
now all electronic mission! It's mandatory to use the iPads! Cool
right? They want to not have filters on them some day! And our mission
president told us that the offensive line is on the Field! And we are
taking the fight to satan! And that we are taking away his tolls! He
told us that we are the age group to changes things that some day we
will not need things to block the iPads! It was so cool to hear him
talk I can't wait to hear him on the 4th!

We didn't really teach anyone this week but we visited a lot of
people! We just didn't really teach a lot, but it was still very good
week! We are going to play rugby as a zone today! Yes yes yes
😄😜😆🏉🏉! We have like 7 lessens planed this week! So that's good!
We had 2 gathers come to church!

We fried a  scorpion and it stabbed it's self because it didn't want
to burn! It was cool! We did that with four other elders that was so
much fun! Oh and an old grandma flipped us off it was so funny😂😂!
She was like 70 it was just to funny I was laughing on the ground so
hard! We also went on splits with this kid and his dad I went with Zac
and haws went with his dad! Zac wants to come with us all the time
now! He is so cool he plays air soft and he loves it! So we are taking
him out like every night this week now!

I love you so much! Hope you miss me!

Feb. 16, 2105

This week was really good! Almost all of our lessons fell through, but
it's ok because we talked to people on the streets! That was so fun I
lovers it so much, we meet this guy named Donte he was so funny! We
gave him a Book of Mormon! And our number and he said that he would
read it, he calls the other day to have us come by but he is not in
our mission! So we sent the right missionary's! Oh and when we where
riding our bikes this car stop and this lady got out and asked us if
we had any church survives during the week and not just Sunday! We
told her we don't but if she made the sacrifice the lord would bless
her, and them we got out our Book of Mormon and we read the
introduction to her and she started crying! And she said she will
come! Then we told her God loves her! Then we lost her, she just broke
down and said she will do anything to be apart of the church! It was
so cool the spirit was there so strong! Then we fond out she doesn't
live in our mission as well! So we had to send in that referral as
well! But we know she will be a good member and have good
missionary's!

We played rugby with the youth on Wednesday it was so much fun, they
want to play all the time now! So we are going to try to get them next
Monday! It made fellowshipping so much easier! All the young men love
us now! So that makes trying to get them to come to lessens with us
way easy and fun! We are playing with the other word today it will be
fun! We are trying to do the same with them as the others! It's going
to be amazing because they play! And they don't believe that I play so
it going to be a real surprise!

Valentine's Day was fun we had dinner with this single lady and she
had her boy friend there so it was like a date and it was so not fun!
They just could not stop looking at each other! Not fun or good at all
haha! Oh and earlier that day we went and did serves for one of our
gaiters! And she gave us the cool pictures of Germany and the ifule
towers in France! It's wash cool! We saw her later that night and she
told us to get back to work! I was LOL-ING so hard it was amazing!

Feb, 8th 2015

So me and elder haws juiced grape fruit and it is so NOT good!! Never
drink it ever! But we had so much fun trying to put stuff in it like
sugar and sweet syrup! Ya not good at all! We also are playing rugby
with our youth on Wednesday so that's going to be fun! The mission
gives you blessings because this guy from a college sent me an
Facebook message and he wants me to go play there when I get back from
the mission! How cool! So I have that when I come back! We also meet
this guy that talk to us for like 2 hours oh man old people can talk
haha! We have an all Elder zone now so that's fun when we play sports
haha! And our bishop said he had a dream that I trained the new BYU
football kid! Who is going on a mission to AZ! The kid from tonga I
don't know if you know him or have seen any thing about it, but I will
train him is what our bishop said! So wee will see.

We have 3 new gaiters and it's going to be fun, ones name is trover
Cruz ( and no sawyer he is not related to Tom Cruz) sorry haha! But we
talked with him on Sunday and we wants to me baptized already is so
cool! We have a good week planed this week! So it should be fun! Me
and elder started a quote bored and it's cool! We have 5 on there and
we say them every morning!

I still want a I pad case but it's ok! I need my credit card fixed
because I need a watch min Brock! We are going to rose to find one so
dot worry! Ya my card is not working! Oh and tell uncle drew I meet
his friend Ernesto Jimenez! He is in one of the words we are over! My
pants are getting small because we are riding bikes all day so when I
come back my legs are going to be so big! Haha but they still fit haha
I look so good!

January 26th, 2015

Hey there kids! It's Jonny makentier here and I'm sorry to tell you
but your son is in a little bit of a bind! Well you see he was running
and he hit my racket as it was going toward his face so now there is
blood on my white shoes so you need to pay for that! And you may want
to take him to the hospital! I mean you are already going to get your
shoes fixed so might as well drop by the hospital!   Hahahaha, mom thought you would like that! 

But really it's been a fun week! I asked my first gator to be
baptized!! And she said yes! We are getting wet on February 14!! Oh
ya!!!!!! I can't wait it's going to be so fun!! We have had a lot of
work here in one of the wards we are in! elder haws got hit by a
poller pop ( it's the circle k big gulp ) oh Tuesday it was so funny
someone just through it out the window of there car and hit him!! I
was laughing so hard! We saw a dead cat on the road as well that was
cool! We where on cops! Nothing bad just ridding our bikes by a cop
car and it was filming for cops so we are on tv haha!! We went to the
pin wood derby Saturday to help this non members kid with his car! And
his mom the boys mom is making us tie's to have and they look so cool

We are still trying to get the Lv family to be baptized some time in
the next two weeks! We haven't had any bad things happen with
investigators! So that's good! The best thing about the weather is its
70 all the time so nice! We are going through transfers this week so
we will see where I am going or if I'm staying!!

We have fun every night just playing ping pong or cooking food or just
talking! Me and haws get along just fine! We are the mission motivation
Elders, well that's what our ZL say haha!

Did you send the stuff you have yet! Because if you didn't wait until
next Monday! But I need it as soon as possible asap! I'm dooooing well
no need to worry!! Love you all and love you mom!!

This week was not the best but we still had fun! We are teaching this
girl that was scheduled to get baptized in 2 weeks but she didn't come
to church so she has to weight,  the soonest is the
21nd so that stinks,  that's about it that's all we
got going on right now!

We try to talk to people on the street but no one listens to us! We go
to the hospital that is in the area to give blessings! So that's way
fun!!! Sorry this email isn't that long and sorry I haven't sent pics
it's just been hard! We have fun with the zone all the time! Last week
was transfers and I am still with elder haws and we are still in
chandler! Oh and we meet this old guy two days ago and he is so funny!
I didn't even know what he was saying! But we talked for 2 hours it
was so funny!

The best part of the week is... I have an elder with me from my MTC
district Elder Shumway! He is amazing and we are going to have so much
fun! We have a brand new Elder as well! We played sports as a zone
last week and not trying to be mean but they are all out of shape! I
looked like I should of played in the super bowl man! They stink so
much! But it was still fun! We are trying to get our youth that play
rugby together and play with them!

Hey mom how are you doing? I'm doing good here and I love it all the
people are just so amazing!! It's like 75 here and it should not be
this hot!! How is tean and all of you doing with that!!

So this week we met this guy on the street named Jo and he was so
funny we asked him if he believed in Jesus and he said yes then I
asked if he know who we are and he said yes then I asked if he knows
God he said... Yes haha then I said do you want to know about our
church and he said yes wait no I don't!! It was so funny because he
just said yes because of what he said before me and Elder haws broke
down after it was so funny!!

We have been teaching this girl named Devon and tonight we are going
to invite her to be baptized!! I think she will say yes! We also have
this other family the Ziegmann and we went over just to set up an
appointment set up! And we where there for an hour and a half it was
so funny they want us to come back on Wednesday to teach them!

So we are getting zone te shirts and they look so cool I will show you
when I get them!! I love my zone lasted pday we played lazier tag and
it was so fun!! I also talked to Quynns mission president and he wants
to take me and haws to lunch some day!!

This week was not the best for stats but that just means we have to
work a little bit harder! We are working with the less actives more
them non members because we don't really have that meany
investigators! But we have gotten a lot of refuels but every time we
go by no one answers!

Oh and we are working with this crazy lady I call here grandma cra cra
and haws calls here crazy Mari not to here face! But she is so funny
she asks us every day if we can come over to play with her boy who is
8! He is A.d.d to the max like me times 20! They are just so funny
tho!

I love you mom and friends and family! You are so amazing!

Hey mama I need Large for sweet shirt and M for the rest!!! well its been great here!! we had our first baptism and it was just the best thing so far!! we just started teaching the lv family and they want to get baptized as well oh man we are just having great lessons as well.. just the people are so amazing here and the are so easy to love!!! it rained like 5 times from when I got here until now like last night when we got out of dinner it was raining so hard and we just got so wet it was so much fun!!! it was so wet that I fell off my bike it was so funny me and Elder haws laughing so hard for like 2 hours!!! it was the best time haha we are not having very many bad days so that's good!!  

January 5th

Hey mom I am going amazing here we are going to invite like 6 people we think are ready for baptism so that's going to be fun! And I love haw you are still my mom and I am staying in my rules! And kaelin emails me but I am focused on my mission you guys don't really come to my mind a lot and I think it's because I am still in the stats if I was out of country I would be more home sick! Oh we meet this family named the Landvatters and we are teaching them and the first time we meet with them we asked them to come to church and they said yes but they didn't have church close so they sent shopping the next day! And they came to church this last Sunday it was amazing, and the kids want to be baptized! That is the best because that made the mom want to as well! And we have a baptism this Saturday at 4:30 so that is amazing! I gave my first blessingyesterday it was so good I felt the spirit so strong!! Do you remember reading my patriarchal blessing well if you not you should read it and you will see what I am talking about and I have really seen that in my like and how it's helped just in the two weeks that I've given them! I love you all and hope you all have a good week! Oh and I fell of my bike and will send pic in a little bit haha

December 29th

so this week was good we found this new family named landvatters and they all want to be baptised so we are going to teach them the lessons and then baptise them. we are going to teach them this saturday. its going great here i love every minute here tell every one that i love them.

I cant even explain how it is here. last night i gave my first blessing and it was amazing i felt so good.   After I was done someone else asked me to give another one it was so cool. im reading so much better then before i left i have been in the district leader spot for a hole week now and it is so great i love all of you and i miss you. sawyer that is so cool i am proud of you the lord loves you so much and i can feel the love for my elders in my district every day mom i miss you but not that much i am getting lost in the work and that is not making me home sick 

i miss just time to my self but im not on my time i am on the lords time i love you all and
